Our Team

Immigration Services New Zealand is a private New Zealand-based enterprise located in the Nelson Region. Our team is comprised of a small group of legal, business, and investment professionals who are passionate about serving prospective immigrants (some in the group, in fact, have successfully immigrated themselves).

Unlike other large-scale, multinational migration agencies located throughout the world, we reside in New Zealand and focus exclusively on New Zealand immigration matters. Our expertise encompasses an up-to-date and comprehensive understanding of the New Zealand Department of Labour's immigration requirements, using this knowledge to simplify the process for our clients.

Depending on our clients' specific requirements, we also regularly liaise with a network of skilled accountants, recruitment agents, and other professionals to provide the best possible service and value in supporting visa casework and employment placement.

We appreciate that our clients from around the globe may well become our neighbours following successful immigration. With this in mind, we treat every person as we would good neighbours, with respect, providing friendly, personal service, while maintaining the highest possible standards of professionalism. As professional advisers, we promise to act ethically, always in your best interests. Your welfare and success are our prime concerns.

We will not proceed on your case unless there appears to be a reasonable likelihood of achieving your immigration objective. When we do establish a working relationship with you, our fee schedule will be performance based, with full payment only accepted when we achieve your desired immigration objective (these details will be provided to you in our Service Agreement). Likewise, we understand that your situation may change during the migration process, and if you decide to cancel the process with us for any reason, you may do so without risk of further charge by ISNZ. Funds will only be used on a progressive basis as work is completed on your application. Therefore, if you choose to cease or suspend activity with us, we will refund any unused monies to you.

ISNZ is also committed to a positive working relationship with the New Zealand Immigration Service. This ensures an open and constructive dialog when needed in processing your application.
